      If you measure the time between reading the comic and when you understand the punchline, you can work out how far away the lighting strike hit.

    I wonder how their bowling shoes are not falling from their... legs?

    Also, the third panel seems to be impropriate for children, given the lightning doesn't wear any clothes.
